When to Contact Customer Service
Because we partner with Amazon, there are really two levels of customer service: One with Amazon and one with us.
For issues relating to the sale, delivery, tracking, or return of a product, use the customer services at Amazon. The return process is described below and information on how to track your package is given on our sales page.
Contact the customer service at Innovease.com for the following issues:
- To ask questions or request additional information on how to use the product
- To express concerns with the quality or performance of the product
- To provide feedback on how our product or service could be made better
- To get help with any issues that were not resolved when contacting Amazon’s customer service
- And of course, to provide positive feedback on our product or service
How to Contact Customer Service
Send all customer service requests to Support@Innovease.com. We strive to respond to all requests within 24 hours of their receipt.
How to Return Your Product
Product returns are done through Amazon.com, as follows:
- Log into your account and select “Your Orders” from the drop-down list under “Your Account” at the top right of the Amazon screen
- From the list of recent orders that appears, click on “Return or Replace Items” for the item you want to return
- Select a reason for the return from the drop-down list titled “Reason for Return”
- Once a reason for the return has been selected, two additional fields will be displayed:
- Quantity to Return: Enter in the number of ordered items you wish to return
- Comments (Optional): Enter in any additional comments that would clarify the reason for the return
- Click on the “Continue” button
- Select your return option
- The options available will vary depending on the product and whether it was sold by Amazon or by a seller on Amazon
- Click on the “Continue” button
- Verify your shipping address and select a different address, if needed
- Select your return shipping method
- Click on the “Continue” button
- Click “Print all Return Labels” and print out the labels
- Put the return authorization inside of your package
- Attach the shipping label to the outside of the package
- Ship the package by your selected method
- Note: Only put one product in the box for return. There can be multiple items of that product, but olnly one product. If you are returning multiple products, you will have to go through the return process separately for each one.
How to Write a Review of Your Product on Amazon
Because we sell on Amazon.com, reviews are the lifeblood of our business. For our business to grow, word needs to get out about our products and one of the best ways we do this is through positive reviews on Amazon.
We work hard to make sure our customers have a positive experience purchasing and using Innovease products. We are committed to exceeding their expectations is every way.
If you are happy with your purchase, then we ask that you consider telling others about the product by giving us a positive review on Amazon.
To enter a review, log into your Amazon account, select “Your Orders” from the drop-down list under the “Your Account” heading at the top right of the Amazon screen. This will display all of your recent orders. Select “Write a Product Review” for the product you want to review and enter in your review.
If, for any reason, you cannot give us a 4 or 5-star review, please contact us before writing the review and give us the opportunity to make things right for you. We will do everything in our power to resolve any issues and correct any problems with your product. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and if you’re not happy, we’re not happy. Period.
